Pastor Nick has been on staff at FBK since July of 1999 ministering to the needs of our students. He graduated from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Ky., with a major in religion and minor in speech and communications. Nick has been pursuing his master's degree from Southern Theological Seminary on a part-time basis. He has served in student minstry for more than 22 years.
He is happily married to Marki and together they have two daughters, Abby and Carly.
Pastor Nick feels the students are a priority at FBK. He works to equip them with the skills necessary to develop a vibrant and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Activities include "wild and crazy" events, ongoing mission service opportunities, weekly student led worship, and small group Bible study. The goal is to teach that they are to become the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, wherever they go.
Nick is also proficient in American Sign Language and has a NAD Level 5 Certification. He uses this skill to interpret for the deaf who attend FBK and help minister to their needs. Pastor Nick is also available as needed to assist in pastoral situations in the surrounding community.

Pastor Matt loves the Lord and people. The kingdom of God is where we are to invest our time, talents and treasures. Life is too beautiful and precious not to work on somethig that will last forever into eternity. Therefore, Matt likes to grow disciples, serve the Church, and help promote people to Heaven.
Matt is married to his wife (Terri) for more than 20 years. Together, they have two boys: James (14) and Joshua (12) - teenagers! In his spare time, the family likes camping, boating, hiking, fishing, riding ATVs, and traveling. He has a thing for running farm tractors. However, fishing is his favorite form of relaxation. Be mindful when standing on Matt's right as he is unable to see from his right eye.
Pastor Matt has a real heart for those 55 and older - the Classics. He calls them the "Classics" because they are much like a classic car; more precious, valuable and sought after as they age. Are you a Classic? Get involved and become a part of the Classics ministry. It includes: service, events, travel, Bible study, luncheons and dinners, guest speakers, plays/dramas, visiting others, eating right and wellness, humor, enjoying God's creation, mission trips, topical classes of interest, and even vacation together for a week each year. Today is the beginning of becoming a Classic Christian!
Matt is responsible for the administration of the church. Things like: accounting, finance, supervision of support staff, planning, capital campaign, giving/counting/contribution tax statements, checks and payroll, facilitation of church cabinet and business meetings, operating budget, serves on the visionary council, and oversees the senior leadership of building and grounds personnel and operations.
